Vinyasa Yoga - Hips + Heart

This class invites you to dig a little deeper and hold poses a little longer. We focus on deep hip stretches, chest openers and light backbends to help you find increased flexibility and mobility. 

Good for:  Counteracting all that desk sitting! This class will provide you with the deep stretch you need to feel lengthened and more open.

Levels: Level 1 (but don’t be shy, because everybody needs a good stretch!)
