Welcome to Toronto Yoga Co. — we’re so glad you’re here! Whether you’re brand new or a longtime member of our community, here’s everything you need to know to get the most out of your experience with us.

Class Reservations & Scheduling

All classes must be booked in advance. You can reserve your spot through our website or — even easier — download the Toronto Yoga Co. App to manage your bookings, waitlists, and check-ins all in one place.

We recommend booking early, especially for Reformer classes and peak times, as space is limited.

Our 30-day booking window allows you to plan your schedule well in advance!

Late Cancel & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens! To keep things fair for all students and teachers:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class.

  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours): $15.00 + HST

  • No-shows: $29.00 + HST

These fees apply to all membership and class package holders. We do not offer refunds for late cancels or no-shows.

Pro Tip: Use the app to cancel or adjust your bookings quickly and easily.

Check-In Policy

Students are responsible for checking in before class:

  • Use the Self-Check-In feature on the Toronto Yoga Co. App

  • Or check in with the front desk or teacher on site

If you don’t check in, you may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.

Waitlists

Our waitlists work! If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist. You may be automatically added to the class up to 1 hour before it begins.

📱 Be sure to turn on push notifications and email alerts so you don’t miss your spot!

If you're no longer available, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being auto-enrolled and charged for a late cancel.

Getting to Class On Time

We open our doors 15 minutes before class so you can settle in.

🔒 Doors lock promptly at the scheduled start time to ensure a calm, safe, and uninterrupted experience for everyone.
There is no late entry, so please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early.

What to Bring

  • Yoga classes: Yoga mat (or rent one at the front desk)

  • Reformer Pilates classes: Grip socks (available for purchase if needed)

  • Comfortable, breathable clothes

  • Water bottle (we have tea and water at the studio too!)

  • Optional: blanket or eye pillow for Savasana

We provide all the props you’ll need in class.

Memberships & Class Packages

We offer flexible options for every schedule and budget:

  • Unlimited Mat Membership: $160/month + HST (auto-renews)

  • Unlimited Mat + Reformer Membership: $250/month + HST (auto-renews)

  • 5, 10, or 20 Class Cards: Never expire and are shareable — perfect for gifting or flexibility!

All memberships include early booking access and vacation holds. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Health & Safety

Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell. We want to keep our space healthy and safe for everyone. Studio surfaces and equipment are cleaned regularly, and hand sanitizer is available throughout the space.
