Join yoga teacher Cachelle Legada-Buenafe and sound practitioner Lynn Loutfi for a rejuvenating evening of yoga, sound, and aromatherapy.

Mindfully move and flow as you immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations and aromatic scents to help deepen your practice.

The overtones and harmonic frequencies of the instruments, fused with the expansive quality of yoga flow can profoundly impact the cells, organs and brain waves – promoting healing on all levels. Some of the instruments that will be used: crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, rattles, chimes, a drum, gong, shruti box and other worldly instruments, layered with heart hymns that speak to the soul.
