And your other host - Stacy
Stacy is always on the go! Stacy started practicing yoga in her teens (which is a very long time ago) but it wasn’t until she stumbled into an Ashtanga class that she became a dedicated student.
At first the physical asanas is what drew her to her mat, but now it’s the lessons that she can take with her off the mat that have become most valuable.
Never afraid to fall on her face, Stacy encourages people to try new things and move outside their comfort zone - that’s where you can really experience change and growth.
Stacy’s classes are fun, challenging, and draws from the many styles of yoga asana from all the amazing instructors she’s practiced with in Toronto and around the world.
When Stacy isn’t on her mat she’s chasing her young daughter or making all-natural products with her extensive essential oil collection - or traveling to the Dominican with YOU!
