  • Yes please. In an effort to maintain a cozy and clean space, we ask that shoes stay in the foyer.

  • Absolutely. Mats are available for rent, and blocks, straps, and bolsters are available within each class space.

For reformer pilates classes we require students to wear grip socks, you can buy or rent them in the studio.

  • We have a filtered water fountain with a bottle filling station. We also have lots of yummy herbal teas from Genuine Tea for your enjoyment - bring your fav mug, or use ours!

  • Sweatpants, shorts, or leggings are great. Basically, anything that you can move comfortably and freely in! For restorative classes you might want to layer up!

For reformer classes we require grip socks which can be purchased or rented in-studio.

  • We have gender neutral washrooms for ya (they double as a change-room), lockers (you don’t need a lock), a complimentary tea bar stocked with Genuine Tea, a filtered water station, and good vibes!

Please arrive at least 1 minute before class begins.

  • Absolutely! Without fail, every single time, the resounding answer is YES! Simply add yourself to the waitlist, and you'll promptly receive an email notification once you're successfully enrolled in the class.

A friendly reminder: Students can be automatically enrolled up to one hour before the class begins. We advise treating waitlist reservations like class reservations. If you find yourself unable to attend with only an hour's notice or have changed your mind about coming to class, please remove yourself from the waitlist ASAP.

Once enrolled, students are subject to the late cancel and no-show policy. To avoid any penalty fees, it's necessary to cancel class reservations at least 6 hours before the class begins.

  • We sure do! Please complete our form here to access our sliding scale options.

  • Great question! To prevent incurring a $15.00 late cancel fee, class reservations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the start of class.

Additionally, please note that our no-show fee is $29.00. It's highly recommended to cancel your reservation to avoid this charge.

Please be aware that Late Cancel/No Show Fees are non-refundable.

If you’ve been auto-enrolled into class from the waitlist the penalty fees still apply. We recommend treating your waitlist reservations like a class reservation and removing yourself from the waitlist as soon as you’ve changed your mind about class.

*Students can remove themselves from the waitlist at anytime without penalty fees.
