Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, the TYC Comprehensive Pilates Program is meticulously crafted for those diving into movement instruction or seeking a refresher in functional anatomy.

TYC's Comprehensive Pilates Program is a journey of exploration priced at $3,399+HST.

You can opt for our separate modules: the TYC Matwork Pilates Program (Includes Functional Anatomy) at $1,500+HST covering 110 hours, or the TYC Reformer Pilates Program at $1,899 covering 110 hours.

Whichever program you choose, you’ll delve deep into the essence of Pilates, we study the classic exercises, fostering a profound understanding and appreciation for their transformative power. But we don't stop there. At TYC, we're committed to blending tradition with innovation. We infuse contemporary approaches into our teachings, ensuring that you're equipped to lead dynamic and effective group classes to anyone!

TYC Comprehensive Pilates Program

  • 20 hours of functional anatomy 

  • 110 hours of in-person instruction 

  • 10 hours of observation 

  • 40 hours of self-practice (yes, free classes at TYC) 

  • 10 hours of practice teaching with feedback

  • Field Trip to a Classic Pilates Studio in Toronto

  • Approx. 10 hours of homework

  • A Paid Apprenticeship is optional if you would like to receive teaching experience. 

    If you have no plans to teach you’ll still receive a certificate acknowledging your training.

  • The TYC Comprehensive spans over 200 hours with an investment of $3,399+HST

  • Dates:

    SPRING SESSION: April 26-July 13, 2025
    Saturday + Sundays from 12:30pm-6:30pm
    No classes on:
    May 17-18, 2025
     
    FALL SESSION: September 20-December 07, 2025
    Saturday + Sundays from 1:00pm-7:00pm
    No classes on:
    October 11-12, 2025

TYC Reformer Pilates Program

  • 60 hours of in-person instruction

  • 10 hours of observation 

  • 20 hours of self-practice (yes, free classes at TYC) 

  • 5 hours of practice teaching with feedback

  • Field Trip to a Classic Pilates Studio in Toronto

  • Approx. 5 hours of homework

  • An optional Paid Apprenticeship

    If you have no plans to teach you’ll still receive a certificate acknowledging your training.

  • The TYC Reformer Pilates Program spans over 110 hours with an investment of $1,899+HST

  • Dates: Spring 2025 Saturday, June 07, 2025 - July 13, 2025

  • Fall 2025 Saturday, November 09, 2025 - December 08, 2025

TYC Matwork Pilates Program

  • 70 hours of in-person instruction, including 20 hours of Functional Anatomy

  • 10 hours of observation 

  • 20 hours of self-practice (yes, free classes at TYC) 

  • 5 hours of practice teaching with feedback

  • Field Trip to a Classic Pilates Studio in Toronto

  • Approx. 5 hours of homework
