Hatha Yoga
This traditional yoga practice is an invitation to balance the energies of the body through focus and calm, steady breathing. You will be guided through longer holds with more detailed cueing to invoke a meditative and reflective state. We will conclude with a pranayama and a blissful savasana so that you leave class emanating the powerful glow of relaxation.
Good for: Finding grounding and relaxation. This class is an incredible way to decompress and release the stress of your day.
