Q: I’ve never done yoga, where should I start?
A: Slow Flow is great for beginners or we can hook you up with an instructor for some private lessons!
Q: What do I need to bring to class?
A: Come with an open mind and heart. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, if you don’t have one please bring a towel or blanket, you can also email us and we might be able to help you find one to borrow for the day. We have water, towels, tea, lockers, and all the props you’ll need for class. Eye pillows and warmer clothes or blankets are optional for savasana.
Q: Do you offer mat rentals?
A: Unfortunately no, please bring your own mat.
Q: I’m going on vacation, can I put my monthly/yearly package on hold?
A: Errr… we hate to say no, but no, packages can’t be put on hold. Feel like you have an extenuating circumstance that should be considered and would like to appeal this? Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I need to cancel my membership, what should I do?
A: To cancel any membership you only need 30 days notice and to send a simple email to email@example.com letting us know. We take care of the rest, and hope to see you again!
Q: Where should I park?
A: Pay Street parking is available on Danforth Ave. Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm, Saturday 8am-9pm and Sunday 1pm- 9pm. Mobile Pay Location ID is 5802
Q: What’s with the weird building beside Toronto Yoga Co.?
A: Good question.
Q: Will you ever offer classes other than yoga?
A: Yes! We have reformer classes, pilates, barre classes as well as a bunch of virtual classes on the schedule. You can also watch our schedule for some fun Pop-Up classes!
Q: I booked my class but can’t make it, what’s your cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel any booked class 3 hours before the start time without incurring a Late Cancel penalty charge. Late Cancels are charged at $10, but rest easy as your charges fund our Scholarship Program to help make group yoga accessible to others in our community who may otherwise not have the means. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, we’re listening, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we are here for you too. Q: I’m running late!!!! Can I still come to class?
A: Email us email@example.com and we will make every effort to get you into your class. If you have mat storage we’ll even place your mat down close to the door so you can sneak in.
Q: I have a membership but am having trouble booking? What gives?
A: There are a few reasons why you may be having trouble; classes only become available 2 weeks before the class time, you may have an unsettled debit on your account, your active payment method may have been activated by booking a later class than the one you are attempting to book. If you are having a hard time figuring it out, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you into the classes you want and help you with any further booking issues you may have.
